BIM Monkey is an AI-powered software subscription for architects. Banana Chat — our in-Revit AI assistant — generates construction document sets (sheets, views, details, and annotations) directly inside Autodesk Revit, tuned to your firm's approved drawing standards.

Pricing: $1,500/year (annual plan) or $175/month (monthly plan). Early access deposit: $500, credited toward Year 2. Prices subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Annual subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Refund and dispute policy: Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing hello@bimmonkey.ai. Disputes should be directed to the same address. We will respond within 5 business days.

Legal and export restrictions: The Service is subject to U.S. export control laws and sanctions. Use is prohibited in sanctioned jurisdictions including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, and Belarus. See our Terms of Service for full details.
